KEVIN O'SHEA
As COO, Kevin O'Shea brings the big-picture leadership that keeps Triple F aligned with our mission: Faith, Family, Fundamentals. As a foundational member of the Triple F leadership team, Kevin ensures our athletes are developing not just as players, but as strong, well-rounded individuals. He is the culture driver, focused on team unity, long-term growth, and delivering an elite experience that never compromises.
MCKENZIE KRAMER
McKenzie's career spans Division I volleyball, international play, and advanced education. She earned degrees from the University of Montana and Cal State Fresno, competed on full scholarship, and played professionally in Western Europe. At Triple F, she leads club communication, schedules, and club-wide events, keeping the season running smoothly while helping every family feel part of something bigger.

A focused coaching group with collegiate playing and coaching experience, technical expertise, and a commitment to mentoring young women.
INGA ASHFORD
Coach Inga Ashford is a former All-American and accomplished collegiate coach with experience as Head Coach at Emmanuel College and assistant coaching roles at Kent State, Northern Michigan, and Bucknell. A detail-oriented and highly technical coach, she is passionate about developing fundamentally sound athletes who compete with confidence and purpose. Beyond the game, Coach Inga is deeply invested in mentoring young women, building meaningful relationships, and helping each athlete reach her full potential both on and off the court.
ERIC BODEN
Coach Eric Boden brings eight years of club coaching experience, where he led multiple 16s and 17s National Teams and qualified two teams for USAV Nationals in Indianapolis and Las Vegas. He serves as Head Coach of the Hardin Valley Varsity Volleyball team and as Recruiting Coordinator for Triple F, guiding athletes through the college recruiting process. Coach Boden earned his degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing with a minor in Chinese from the University of Tennessee.
MELANIE TEMPLIN
JORDAN VARNER
Coach Jordan Varner, originally from Iron Mountain, Michigan, has been playing volleyball since 2005 and specializes in defensive training. She earned dual bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood and Special Education from Silver Lake College of the Holy Family, where she competed in volleyball and basketball. Her coaching background includes collegiate assistant roles, high school junior varsity and varsity programs, and travel club volleyball. Since relocating to Tennessee in 2020, she has established herself as a dedicated leader both on and off the court and is thrilled to call Triple F home.
